Before placing an order, the customer must create a user account. The fields that he/she has to complete are the following:
Name and Surname, Address, Telephone Number, e-mail.
He/she will then be asked to set his/her personal password by entering it twice, as well as his/her e-mail. When the registration process is complete, the customer’s username and password are his/her personal data.
If the user has forgotten or lost his/her password, he/she make a request through the Account form. In order to do so, he/she must first enter the e-mail (it has to be the same with the one used in Account Creation). The code will be immediately sent to his/her e-mail.

The customer is given the option of canceling his/her order until the delivery of the product to the indicated location.
The customer reserves the right to return the products, undamaged and without any obligation to provide justification, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of delivery. In this case, the customer will only be charged for the cost of returning the products.
Products returns will only be accepted on the condition that the products are in the same condition as they were the moment the customer received them. This implies that the products should remain in their package, which should be intact, accompanied by the retail receipt or the appropriate invoice.
