SHIPPING

The shipping of the order will take place following the certified payment of the appropriate price, in case of an on-line payment or a bank deposit, and the product will be dispatched one business day after the payment has been made. In case the customer chose the payment-on-delivery option, the product will be dispatched one business day after the order has been placed.

The shipping process will be performed by the affiliated courier company and Disigma Publications (disigma.gr) will forward the customer’s personal information, such as name and surname, shipping address and telephone to the courier company, so that the order may be delivered safely. The order will be delivered at the customer’s residence or at any other location indicated by the customer.

SHIPPING RATES- SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE

Shipping a product weighing up to two kilos, that costs more than € 40,00, within Greece is performed free of charge.

The shipping rates include VAT, they will be taken into account and they will be included with a specific reference in the total purchase cost.

 

DELIVERY TIMES – COURIER RESPONSIBILITIES

The delivery times of the products to the location indicated by the customer by the affiliated courier company may vary depending on the distance between the place of dispatch and the place of delivery. In any case, it should not exceed the time period of five business days.

The sole responsibility regarding the safe transport as well as any delays in the delivery process lies with the affiliated courier company.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The customer is given the option of canceling his/her order until the delivery of the product to the indicated location.

WITHDRAWAL

The customer reserves the right to return the products, undamaged and without the obligation to provide justification, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of delivery. In this case, the customer will only be charged for the cost of returning the products.

Product returns will only be accepted on the condition that the products are in the same condition as they were the moment the customer received them. This implies that the products should remain in their package, which should be intact, accompanied by the retail receipt or the appropriate invoice.
