How do I sign up for Disigma.gr

To order via the e-shop of Disigma Publications, you first need to sign up.

If you already are a member of disigma.gr, enter the field my Account and by typing in your email and your Password you can log in by pressing the LOG IN icon

If you are not a member, you will have to create a new account.

Select Create new account and then fill in your information. In the Log In Information tab, fill in the e-mail and the password you want to use for your account and then select Submit.

What can I do if I forget my password for disigma.gr?

By entering My Account you have the option to select I forgot my password.

By selecting Forgot Password? the password reminder form will appear where you may enter your email.

You will then be sent an e-mail with the title “Reset Password” which will contain a link. By clicking on the link, you will be forwarded to the website where you will be able to enter your new password.

 

How can I place an order?

You can order your favorite books:

• by using the option SEARCH
• by browsing our web-site

SEARCH

• You can search for the book you want by using the Search tool
• When you find the book you are interested in, select it by clicking the PURCHASE icon
• This option will take you to your SHOPPING CART where you can review your entire order, estimate the shipping cost and finally finalize your order.

If you want to continue shopping, click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING icon.

If you want to finalize the order, click on the PROCEED TO CHECK OUT icon.

BROWSING

• You can search for the book you want by browsing our website
• When you find the book you are interested in, select it by clicking the PURCHASE icon
• This option will take you to your SHOPPING CART where you can review your entire order, estimate the shipping cost and finalize your order.

How do I redeem a discount coupon?

In order to redeem a discount coupon, do the following:

Visit the online store of Disigma Publications (www.disigma.gr)

If you already are a member of disigma.gr, enter the field my Account and by typing in your email and your Password you can log in by pressing the LOG IN icon

If you are not a member, you will have to create a new account. It is a very simple process that only takes 1-2 minutes.

Select the books that you find interesting, whose total value exceeds the value of your coupon and add them to the shopping cart.

At the shopping cart page, enter your code in the field Discount Coupon and select Apply Discount.

The value of the gift card will be deducted from the order’s cost (not from the shipping cost) and then you can complete the process, by selecting Proceed to Checkout.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We are currently accepting payments via the following methods:

For purchases within Greece:

• On-line via card (issued by any bank) and via the PayPal service
• Cash, by making a deposit in the Bank Account of Disigma Publications
• Payment-on-Delivery of your order.

For purchases outside Greece:

• On-line via card (issued by any bank) and via the PayPal service

 

How can I receive my order?

You can receive the books that you purchased at the address you indicated during the ordering stage, or by the courier company that is associated with Disigma Publications.
